Is Your Agency Ready for AI or Just Excited About It?
Budget approved. Vendor selected. Leadership aligned. It feels like the hard part is done.
But the difference between AI pilots that reach production and those that quietly stall usually has nothing to do with the technology or the team. It comes down to whether the environment AI needs to succeed already exists: trusted data, clean pipelines, documented lineage, and a team with capacity to sustain it.
Most agencies find out those foundations are shaky after the budget is committed.
Three questions that tend to predict the outcome:
- Do your decision makers actually trust your current analytics, or are they running their own spreadsheets?
- Can your IT team explain where your training data came from and how it was prepared, in hours, not days?
- Does your team have bandwidth to maintain AI over time, or are they already firefighting?
